Shin Shin Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as “Shin Shin”) provides optimum Supply Chain Solutions in order to support improvement of Production efficiency/Management efficiency of our customers. Shin Shin treats the information assets we keep for our customers as well as our own information assets.
Shin Shin positions all information assets under our control as key assets and recognize that ensuring information security is the most important management issue. Shin Shin, therefore, hereby establishes Information Security Policy and familiarize our all officers and employees with this policy. Shin Shin establishes and maintains Information Security Management System in order to control all information assets appropriately and contributes to society as a consequence.
Shin Shin securely maintains information assets in order to keep them from disclosure, improper alternation, destruction, loss and cyberattacks etc. and takes necessary actions, adequately manages all important information assets in order to maintain the confidentiality, integrity and availability and makes every effort for safety management such as prevention of the said risks. In addition, we ensure information security measures for all operations including remote working and cloud service usage.
Shin Shin, under the administrative structure headed by President Representative Director, assigns an information security manager in every department, establishes Information Management Security Committee and consolidates the auditing system. Under this management system, we regularly evaluate information security risks and review measures against information security to promote appropriate information asset management and ensure, maintain, and improve the effectiveness of such measures.
Shin Shin ensures business continuity by minimizing the impact of disasters and cyberattacks, and facilitating rapid recovery of our operations based on our Business Continuity Plan (BCP).
Shin Shin makes every effort to prevent information security incidents from happening, and promptly takes appropriate correspondence and sets preventive measures if by any chance incident occurs.
Shin Shin complies with the laws, the regulations, the national guidelines, the social standards, the internal regulations based on ISO/IEC 27001 and the other norms related to information security as well as the obligations under the contract with our customers, clients, vendors, suppliers etc.
Shin Shin regularly conducts information security education and training against all officers and employees.
Shin Shin continuously reviews and improves its Information Security Management System based on regular risk assessments and in response to changes in the environment.
