01Walking a shared path with our customers for 80 years
In 2020, Shin Shin celebrated the 80th anniversary of its founding.
After being founded as a trading firm specializing in drafting supplies, we commercialized a variety of business needs related to manufacturing such as material procurement, production, distribution, and quality control, developing into a global supply chain company.
With our company policy of "One Step Forward" at heart, we are continuing on this path, aiming to be a global BPO partner achieving an even higher level of added value for our customers.

In order to provide the high level of quality these fields all demand, we have established our own proprietary guidelines while also achieving a quality management system certification (ISO9001). We have also earned other outside certifications such as Information Security Management System (ISMS) and Personal Information Protection Management System (PMS).
In addition, as the only Microsoft Authorized Replicator (AR) in Japan, we conduct license management operations targeted to global top class computer manufacturers and distributors.

In addition to maintaining thorough and high-level awareness for corporate compliance, we are promoting initiatives for improvement and reduction of the environmental burden associated with our business activities, based on our proprietary environmental policy.
In addition to international standards such as the ISO14001 certification awarded to our environmental management system, we implement product assessments prior to purchasing manufacturing components, and by inspecting materials with an environmental burden in advance, we have been recognized as an environmentally-friendly partner by many of our customers.
